Anyone else find that a successfully submitted OP will not appear?

I have not received any responses to the questions I have submitted.  In addition, I have authored an OP which has not appeared.  Why is it so difficult to obtain information??????

The old disqus gave us a “notifications” tab when someone replied to our posts..  Does this new site have something similar?  Thanks
