I have tried flagging her posts. She may be on the trusted user list, or it could just be that the insults are overlooked in her long, rambling posts, which are generally laced with profanity and rudeness throughout. Perhaps the reviewing moderator assumed the flag was for the profanity or crassness (both of which are technically kosher) and not the actual insults.
