Perceiving mod hostility

Yesterday, I flagged an all caps post.

Apparently, moderator T9R decided to let it go, which I have no problem with.

Now, today, in a completely different thread, after flagging an insult that got promptly deleted by moderator NavyVet, T9R addressed me with this:

“A) Take your own advice. Bem’s “FAKE” comment was mild enough that I decided to let it go.
B) You’re awfully close to posting an insult yourself.”

Now, as I understand the channel rules, bringing up former moderation is unwarranted? Or does this not apply to moderators?
What is the purpose of outing me as the person who flagged an other user? Or why am I being informed of the outcome of that moderation? Why is it my business whether a moderator lets go a post I flagged or not? Why is this brought up in a different discussion, when the old one is still open and I could have been addressed there?
It may be just me, but I perceive strong hostility in this action. I see nothing I did to warrant this.
T9R even admits that my posts did not actually violate any rule.
Can someone please explain to me what exactly I did wrong to be moderated in such way?
I have somehow drawn the ire of T9R, apparently, and would like to get this out of the way.
