I did not call the poster idiotic, I wrote that idiotic Russian operatives would do what he did.
To say that was a personal attack would only make sense if you assume that the person I addressed believes themselves to be a Russian operative. Or that anyone except me would believe so.
Is that so? Do you agree this person is a Russian agent?
If he is, then my post was out of line, and I apologize for the tone.
If he’s not, then my post must be seen as satire, much like the case against Larry Flynt. An outandish accusation that no one believes to be true is a parody.
