I know I bring it up a lot. And it’s because this troll never learns. It continues to personally insult, harass, and antagonize. It does not learn. It will not learn, unless you act. Unless you back up the rules which keep a forum from devolving into a pissing contest by banning this continual harasser.
It’s not going to stop, ever. Right now I’m its target. Later it will be someone else. And bit by bit, everyone who wants to contribute to this forum, who posts articles, gives in depth replies and wants to see the forum flourish as a place of discourse will go away. And all you’ll be left with is a useless troll who enjoys breaking the rules and flaunting how it is never held to account.
Please. I’m practically begging you. Do something about it.

Ignoring it will not make it go away. Blocking it will not make it go away. The only thing that might work is for you to enforce the rules on it and indicate what you want this place to be.
