Fossil says if I write an off-topic comment it will be deleted.
1. Is this a new rule at BNR that will enforced across the board or does it just apply to me?
2. Should I come to The Den every time Fossil writes an off topic comment?
3. Should CMs flag all off topic comments? A large % of comments are off topic; your mods will be very busy.
