I published 2 OPs today using Snopes as the source.
They’ve been shutdown with the comment “NO SNOPES” made to me and the submissions marked as “Non Compliant ~ AA”.
As such your authoring guidelines should point out that Snopes is not a valid source for BNR.
I have also found one of the articles republished on Yahoo News. Would using that as the source be acceptable? And wouldn’t finding the article on Yahoo News be indicative of it being “news” and as such suitable for BNR? And why are satire sites viewed as legitimate sources for BNR?
