I have a question and a concern.  Why is a moderator allowed to insult and attack, use foul language and accuse someone of potentially criminal behavior?

and when questioned as to what a moderator is and how they behave it gets deleted and has a reply of;

If unknown sleeper is a moderator, he should not be making such insulting comments or using such foul language.  If he wants to attack those he disagrees with, perhaps he should remove the ‘MODERATOR’ title next to his name during those periods he wants to be less than civil.

I am asking in all seriousness, but something tells me I will be disrespected and discarded.
