Why is trolling acceptable when targeted harassment not? I understand Disqus bans targetted harassment outright, but is trolling not the same thing?
Trolling is the act of intentionally posting or commenting online to upset, annoy, or harass others. Trolls may post offensive, irrelevant, or inflammatory content, or send direct messages that intend to cause harm. Trolling can also involve creating multiple profiles to troll.
Please explain.
