I am not a sock of anyone I have posted previously at The Hill and found here after they shut down.
Im not sure what evidence you are putting forward for this, all I will say is that I use Opera as a Browser and it has free VPN. It provides 5 separate IP Addresses from around the world. But just 5.
So if someone else is using Opera as their browser and has similar IP Address that is the only way I can see this happening.
