Has had the title of the OP article modified and “Where is the Republican Outrage?” has been put in front of the article’s title.

WTF?

I’m damn near certain that editorializing questions are not to be added to OPs, and a quick referral to the Authoring Guidelines confirms that since it reads:

• Post the exact title of the article.

It’s beyond belief that the mod who approved could miss this, particularly since they frequently make unneeded and unwarranted changes to OPs that I submit.

So that leads to the question in the title of this Den submittal:  Is this an example of grossly incompetent moderation or extremely selective and biased (un)moderation?

Given that Rawr 狮 is the mod who R&Ied it there is little doubt it is the latter, which confirms the former.
