Clarification on moderation consistency

This is, I want to have this cleared up right away, NOT a request to give clearance to my post, which was removed. The message arrived where it had to, IMO, and need not be repeated.

My question is:

Darth MJM The WRATH of BNR had given the post a pass, so it had already been moderated. Then it was removed anyway, I guess by someone else.

Is this the usual way comments are moderated here, that several moderators look over flags independently? Just so I know, not complaining or anything.
