I don’t really care about getting the comment restored, but is this really a personal insult? I just rephrased the CM’s comment (“BS. Go back to law school.”) by replying, “Go suck on your mommy’s teat. Whining doesn’t accomplish anything for anyone else.”
Isn’t that just the equivalent of writing, “You’d teach your grandmother to suck eggs!”? He basically called me ignorant and I retorted he was the ignorant one. Perhaps it’s not the most polite dialogue, but I really don’t see where there’s a personal insult (by the standards used here). I mean, epidnis literally wrote this about me in the same thread, “Dude thinks he’s Judge Judy. He’s just mad because some black people won a lawsuit and made some money.” That’s far closer to a personal insult than what I wrote. (And please, don’t take down epidnis’ comment. I’m proud to earn his ire and I don’t consider his statement a personal insult, whatever you decide about my complaint).
