Obey’s fantastical assertions are false based on the following:
- It is the exact same image that was cleared previously in this den decision after a full internal Mod discussion and was decided it was NOT Obey’s avatar as it did not utilize their meme (something about chewing gum and taking names).

- Obey’s red herring that the wording of theirs was removed thereby making the original image theirs is also false. Again, it is an image of Roddy Piper, an ACTOR AND PUBLIC PERSONALITY, which the rules clearly allow memes mocking, etc.
It does not violate any meme rules (pedo, anti LGBT, racist, etc.) - In the previously approved decision the meme text was about “conservatives of tik tok”, the text here, while altered, does not mention any CM at all.
- Unless Obey proves they are, in fact, Roddy Piper in which case they could claim any likeness of such belongs to them, the comment should be restored.
If the deletion is, in spite of a previous ruling, still in violation, then any meme directly replying to a CM, should also be a violation and a “personal attack”; in which case the following from Obey directed to me should be deleted and suitable and equal reprimands given as well as numerous others by CMs and Mods commenting as CMs alike:
