  They are lucky this isn’t happening in the time of our founders. You try to obfuscate the rights of the people with heavy legal jargon and complex legal arguments back then, and use it as reason to infringe on their rights…

  they probably do more than criticize you in the media.

So just to clarify, hypotheticals involving the laws, behaviours historically and regionally  will now be considered actionable offenses?

e.g 1. ‘You’ would have been persecuted if you were a Jew in Germany in the 1930’s

2. ‘You’ wouldn’t have been allowed to if you were a woman back then.

3. ‘You’ would be executed by the Taliban if you openly engage in homosexual behaviour in       Afghanistan

This would make a cm guilty of racism, sexism and ‘homophobia’ by the same standard.
