Hello all,
So a new troll has arrived in BNR, Rob Roy, and he’s been harassing myself and others with personal attacks all week. Some of them were over the line and flagged, and nothing happened, not a one deleted.
I made one comment to another harassed poster that I felt Rob’s actions were stupid, and Al Ryan bans me for it.
I do not think that’s fair. I believe his previous deletions were fair, despite it obviously targeting me with much more scrutiny than other posters, but this one I disagree with. Also a ban for 3 days with no automatic reinstatement smacks of his personal animosity towards me.
I request you review it and at the least make it an overnight, much like far worse serial violators get.
