This morning, Ubidian Roy (who, ironically, has probably downvoted half the posts that I have ever made on BNR), made a post complaining that I had downvoted him several times in a thread IN WHICH I WAS ACTIVELY PARTICIPATING.

Mark agreed with Roy and issued a ban against me.
However, this ruling was in direct conflict with the last definition with the most recent definition of serial downvoting GIVEN BY MARK HIMSELF TWO WEEKS AGO.

Since I was following the latest published guidelines on what constitutes serial downvoting, I object strongly to my ban and to the implication that I have broken the rules.
I the staff wish to redefine what constitutes serial downvoting, I will gladly comply with the new and changing rules, as I have done in the past.
