Kimariesings responded to my report (http://disq.us/p/285bwpx), not by censuring Enrico Metassa, but by chiding me for ‘giving my opinion’ about the channel rules!

He is not breaking the down voting rule, as he is participating in the thread. Please stop giving your opinion of the channel rules, as they are not needed.I know for a certainty that:
1) You cannot call someone stupid on BNR.
2) Asking someone if they are XXX has been viewed in the past as the same as outright calling them XXX.If point #2 has changed, please let me know – I am going to have some fun with this!
Furthermore, Enrico Metassa DOES break BNR’s down-vote rules on a regular basis. He might have participated in that one thread, but 99% of his participation at BNR is up-voting Smiley and giving all posters with whom Smiley disagrees two or three down-votes per thread.
