Most people get the idea but each of the last two times I’ve looked at the Off-Topic threads there’s been at least one “on-topic” news-related post or meme.

There’s already huge bold-face user-friendly directions at the top so I don’t know what else you could do. I just thought I’d complain. What’s a day without complaining?
