Help with a mod issue

Hey all,

I would like help with T9R. I feel he has a personal issue with me and basically badgers me. Since I cannot block him, I mostly just ignore. This morning we had an exchange in which I feel he inappropriately removed a comment, (which is no big deal really) but then threatened to permanently ban me. Can you please advise?

Here is the exchange in question:

T9R – “I guess it’s time for a history lesson.

My paternal grandfather was an Army Air Force medic. My maternal grandfather served in the European theater, was captured with his men, and helped them escape to the Soviet Union. My granduncle served on board a B-17 and was killed along with his entire crew in the Pacific theater.

Now, then. Either put up and prove I “hate” America or can it.”

    Sounds like they fought to escape and destroy what you are trying to institute here in he United States. ” – This comment was deleted.

    T9R – “Okay, you just crossed a line. If you ever insult my family members again, it’ll be your last post here. Simple as that, CC.”

    Am I wrong to feel that this is not how the rules are intended to be implemented?
