Personal insults are now allowed?

So now that I have Sir Tainley’s view on breaking the rules being allowed as long as he personally finds it funny, could I get an objective opinion on it?

I have respect for humans, regardless of whether I agree with their beliefs or life choices, so long as those choices are not centered on attacking other people and their rights.

It’s a pretty simple code.

If my comments get deleted for calling Spock “Spockie,” am I supposed to find the moderation acceptable when a comment calling me mentally stunted is allowed?
