Three-day ban for posting a comment of my personal opinion of someone’s political persuasion NOT in his capacity as a moderator or in response to moderation.

Is this an abuse of his position as a MOD?…I told him AFTER moderation…in a personal exchange that I did not want to converse with him

He then continually posted to me.

I then said “Jog on fascist”

And he claimed this was in breach of direct moderation…rather than me offering my opinion of his ideological motivation.

P.s I also understand from your rules that a moderator involved in an exchange that does not involve moderation…should not be ruling on their own exchange.
