Repeated use of “creepy stalker dude” an insult?

I believe repeated use of things that walk toward the line of personal insults such as “creepy stalker dude” is against the rules. The comments in question have been flagged and linked here, and the poster seems to feel that their comments are ok unless decided otherwise, even though the poster has been warned many times by moderation regarding repeated name calling.
