Perusing your backlog, I have determined a persistant issue, and before I leave for good, here’s my resolution advice:
You repeatedly have the same problem: Mods getting in arguments with users, which would usually result in the users blocking the person in question.
As long as they are mods, users can’t do that, for fear of being banned.
Here’s my advice: Let moderators have another account, with which to discuss, and their mod voices be a different account.
This way, their private opinions could be blocked, and there would be no, absolutely no such problems reoccurring.
Or alternatively, use several shared moderation accounts. This way, nobody outside the team would even be able to determine who the moderators are. This would allow moderators to enjoy the discussions more freely, without further accusations of moral corruption or personal gain.
I’m leaving now.
You have some work to do.
Take care.
