Can I please get clarification. I do not see any rule against down voting mods.
Certain mods make a habit of what I would characterize as harassing certain posters.
Since we are unable to block, down voting seems a reasonable compromise. It has been suggested to me that there might be consequences for down voting a mod. I would like clarification, please.
